PlanSync offers the following services that can be provided separately, or as a complete "PlanSync" Solution. Our services are ideally offered after the construction documents have been finalized; however, we can also apply our services at specific times during the Design Development phase.

• Enhanced 3D Modeling: converting traditional 2D CAD drawings into a 3D model. Not required if a 3D model is already available.
• 4D/5D Virtual Construction: the next step in 3D modeling. 4D connects the model to the project schedule (MS Project). 5D then connects the model and schedule to component data and costs.
• CrossCheck: a comprehensive multi-disciplinary clash and error detection system using a proprietary checklist and algorithm developed by PlanSync.
